Shipping and returns policy for The Road Gallery (main section of the gallery)

Currently we ship primarily within the United States. For shipping outside the United States, please contact neil@theroadgallery.com.

After you have contacted us regarding the artwork in which you are interested and you have made your final choice, we will provide you with an estimate for shipping. Typically we use FedEx, UPS or USPS. The estimate will include packing materials and insurance. Once you have approved the estimate, most orders are shipped within three to five business days and arrive within seven to 10 business days. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds.

We check all artwork before we ship it. If your artwork arrives damaged, notify us as soon as possible and within three days of receiving the artwork at neil@theroadgallery.com. Keep all the original packaging and take photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging. Send the photographs to the same email. We will contact you to discuss next steps. If you fail to notify us of damaged artwork within three days of receiving it, we cannot take any action.

The 500 Project is the e-commerce section of our gallery where you complete transactions directly online. Currently we only ship within the United States for artwork in The 500 Project. For shipping outside the United States, please contact neil@theroadgallery.com.

We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping each artwork in The 500 Project within the United States. Most orders are processed within three to five business days and arrive within seven to 10 business days. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
